Description

Design, configure, and develop integrations between Workday and third-party systems, with a focus on future global and regional payroll platforms. Translate HR and payroll requirements into reliable, scalable integration solutions using Workday Integration Cloud and related integration technologies. Support new Workday modules and ongoing global payroll transformation through implementation, testing, stabilization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and further develop integrations between Workday and third-party systems

• Convert functional HR/payroll requirements into integration solutions

• Work hands-on with Workday Integration Cloud, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services/APIs, and payroll integration frameworks

• Integrate new Workday modules and HR applications into the global HR system landscape

• Participate in global payroll transformation integration work

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for new integrations

• Collaborate with Workday functional teams, payroll experts, internal IT, and external vendors/partners

• Improve, standardize, and document the global HR integration landscape

• Support existing integrations as needed, with emphasis on new implementations and development

Requirements

• Good understanding of Workday Integration Cloud or similar integration concepts

• Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (EIB, Web Services/APIs, or Core Connectors) preferred

• Experience with integrations between Cloud HCM platforms and third-party systems

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and in an international, cross-functional environment

• Very good English communication skills

• Ability to communicate with both technical and functional stakeholders

• Willingness to travel to Germany about twice per year for 3–5 days each
