Description

Design and develop enterprise-grade SAP applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using the Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model. You will collaborate with stakeholders, build and maintain backend services for core business operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support integrations with core SAP solutions and external APIs. The role emphasizes scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices
• Support integration of systems and services for seamless data flow
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP development
• Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications using SAP CAP
• Proficiency in Node.js and/or Java for backend microservices
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with core SAP solutions and external APIs (REST, OData)
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP security practices (XUAA authentication, destination management)
• Experience with SAP Fiori elements and event-driven architecture using SAP Event Mesh
• Proficiency in SAPUI5 for front-end development
• Fluent English at B2 level or higher
