Description

We are looking for an action-oriented Domain Architect to define technology, application, integration, and data standards for an assigned business domain. The role translates operational needs into technology roadmaps, builds target architectures and transformation plans, and evaluates digital initiatives for architectural fit, scalability, and integration compatibility. You will also monitor market trends (especially Cloud and AI) and initiate proof-of-concepts that deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Define technology, application, integration, and data standards aligned with enterprise principles
• Collaborate with business leaders and Digital teams to identify opportunities, select tools, and create technology roadmaps
• Create target architectures and transformation roadmaps focused on application simplification and cost optimization
• Evaluate digital initiatives and candidate solutions for architectural fit, scalability, and integration compatibility
• Monitor Cloud and AI trends and run proof-of-concepts for high-value technologies
• Guide project teams through architectural decision-making across the initiative lifecycle

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of IT experience with significant time in architecture, solution design, or application management aligned to business domains
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS) and modern cloud-based application ecosystems
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (or equivalent)
• Experience with digital process automation, data-driven applications, and identifying practical AI use cases
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills in international/matrixed environments
