Description

We are looking for a proactive, business-savvy Domain Architect to define and drive technology, application, integration, and data standards for an assigned business domain. You will collaborate with business leaders and Digital teams to translate operational needs into technology roadmaps, create target architectures and transformation roadmaps, and evaluate initiatives for architectural fit. You will also monitor Cloud and AI trends and initiate proof-of-concepts that deliver clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Define technology, application, integration, and data standards aligned with enterprise principles

• Collaborate with business leaders and Digital teams to identify opportunities, select tools, and build technology roadmaps

• Create target architectures and transformation roadmaps, focusing on application simplification and cost optimization

• Evaluate digital initiatives for architectural fit, scalability, and integration compatibility

• Monitor market trends (especially Cloud and AI) and initiate proof-of-concepts for technologies delivering business value

• Guide project teams through architectural decision-making across initiative lifecycles

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of IT experience with significant time in architecture, solution design, or application management linked to business domains

• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, LIMS, and QMS and modern cloud-based application ecosystems

• Knowledge of standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (or equivalent)

• Experience with digital process automation, data-driven applications, and identifying practical AI use cases

• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management skills across international or matrixed environments
