Description

You will analyze, model, and optimize risk processes implemented on the Ferryt platform. You will collect, document, and structure business and system requirements with business and IT teams, create analytical and process documentation using BPMN, UML, and SQL, and define user stories and acceptance criteria while supporting backlog management. You will also run workshops and support business testing, ensuring solution compliance with requirements and financial-sector standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, model, and optimize risk processes on Ferryt for retail and corporate segments

• Gather, document, and structure business and system requirements with business and IT

• Create analytical and process documentation using BPMN, UML, and SQL

• Define user stories and acceptance criteria; support project backlog management

• Use Jira, Confluence, and Jira Test Manager for requirements, documentation, and test process management

• Propose improvements and innovative solutions for risk and customer assessment processes

• Prepare and facilitate workshops, presentations, and analytical meetings with stakeholders

• Support business testing, verify solutions against requirements, and participate in functional acceptance

• Ensure documentation consistency and compliance with organization and financial-sector standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector

• Ferryt platform knowledge

• Higher education

• Very good command of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Test Manager

• Knowledge of methods for acquiring, structuring, and modeling requirements

• Ability to create and structure requirements based on input from business and technical areas

• Fluent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

• Experience building, developing, and searching for innovative solutions

• Ability to design and document business processes using UML, BPMN, and SQL
