Description

Join a banking project to improve business processes on the Ferryt platform. You will design and document business processes and requirements using UML and BPMN, supported by SQL, and collaborate with IT and business teams. The engagement is hybrid with 1 day per week in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a banking project
• Develop business processes on the Ferryt platform
• Design and document business processes using UML, BPMN, and SQL
• Analyze business needs
• Create, develop, and search for innovative solutions
• Create and document requirements
• Test and implement changes
• Collaborate with IT and business teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector in Poland
• Ability to design and document business processes using UML, BPMN, and SQL
• Knowledge of the Ferryt platform
• Experience in building, developing, and seeking innovative solutions
• Fluent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Test Manager
• Knowledge of methods for acquiring, structuring, and modeling requirements
• Ability to create and structure requirements based on inputs from risk-related collaboration areas
• Knowledge of the software development process specifics and methodologies
• Ease in presenting and public speaking
• Higher education
• Independence, creativity, initiative, and ability to organize own work
