Description

You will serve as a Business Analyst supporting the implementation of a new deposit product in the banking domain. The work includes eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, modeling business processes, and assessing the impact of new functionality on existing processes, IT systems, and customer service channels. You will coordinate stakeholder alignment and contribute analytical documentation in Jira and Confluence within an Agile/Scrum project.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for implementing a new deposit product

• Analyze banking processes for managing savings and deposit products

• Model business processes and identify changes required for product implementation

• Analyze the impact of new features on existing processes, IT systems, and customer service channels

• Prepare business requirement specifications and analytical documentation

• Collaborate with business representatives to define needs and agree on solution scope

• Collaborate with architects and IT teams on system changes

• Collaborate with testing teams to verify compliance with business requirements

• Coordinate agreements between business and technical stakeholders

• Analyze dependencies and identify risks related to new processes and functionalities

• Create and update project documentation in Jira and Confluence

• Participate in project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of business analysis experience in projects for the banking or financial sector

• Practical experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

• Ability to model business processes and analyze change impact on banking processes and systems

• Experience working with business teams, IT teams, architects, and testers

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Ability to prepare analytical documentation and requirements specifications

• Experience coordinating agreements among multiple stakeholders

• Self-reliance, communication skills, and an analytical approach to business problems

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional project team
