Description

You will support the implementation of Group Cybersecurity initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, security, and regulatory requirements. You will run discovery and decision workshops with stakeholders, translate cyber risks into user stories/use cases/testable requirements, and support testing, UAT, and operational readiness. You will also assist in selecting external suppliers by preparing and analyzing RFP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, security, and regulatory requirements

• Prepare and analyze RFP requirements for external supplier selection

• Conduct discovery sessions to define the problem, scope, and acceptance criteria

• Run decision workshops; maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes

• Convert cyber risks into user stories, use cases, and testable requirements

• Support testing, UAT, and operational readiness

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of business analysis techniques: user stories, use cases, UML, BPMN, requirements traceability, and UAT

• Senior-level experience in business analysis in complex projects related to cybersecurity, technology, risk, or compliance

• Experience working in global and matrix environments, including with external vendors and RFP preparation

• Experience with Jira, SQL, and API interfaces

• Fluent Polish and English

• Ability to deliver services 100% remotely
