Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant to support an international project related to the Conga solution and to perform functional gap analysis against Apttus. You will work with business and IT teams to document requirements, support functional testing and UAT, and assist with application support activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional documentation

• Compare Conga and Apttus functionalities, identify functional gaps, and assess business impact

• Prepare and execute functional tests, analyze defects, and validate business processes

• Support UAT and end-user testing activities

• Coordinate workshops and discussions between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content in SharePoint

• Investigate and resolve application support tickets; provide operational support

• Own assigned activities and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

• Experience in functional analysis of business applications and identifying solution differences

• Practical experience with functional testing, defect analysis, and business process validation

• Experience supporting UAT

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience creating and maintaining user documentation and training materials

• Good knowledge of SharePoint

• Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently

• Availability for hybrid work from the Warsaw office (minimum 2 days/week)

• Willingness to undergo a background check before starting
