Description

• Analyze client needs and processes in ITSM.

• Run workshops and interviews with clients and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and refine requirements.

• Model and document processes; translate business requirements into solutions in Jira Service Management.

• Design workflows, forms, and automations; collaborate with consultants, administrators, and developers.

• Prepare analytical documentation and support clients during implementation by verifying that the solution matches the requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business or systems analysis, or potential to develop in this direction

• Basic knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management

• Ability to collect, analyze, and structure requirements

• Polish communication skills for comfortable client conversations

• English knowledge at least at level B2

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in analysis and ITSM

• Basic knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
