Description

Drive and support insurance platform projects by defining, developing, and testing architectures, capabilities, and processes for state-of-the-art insurance solutions. Advise insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization, and support clients through digital transformation of key capabilities. Use analytics to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive insurance platform projects and deliver solutions that improve client experiences

• Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes

• Advise insurers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization

• Support clients in digital transformation and build relationships with global teams

• Analyze complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with industry experts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience

• Relevant experience in Non-Life or Life & Pension Insurance platform & ecosystem (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce)

• Experience with IT systems implementation, systems integration, and/or data migration

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in front-end application delivery

• Fluency in English; strong communication skills

• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations across Europe when required (mostly remote otherwise)
