Description

Support an enterprise software platforms portfolio that automates business processes and improves communication and collaboration through SharePoint- and ServiceNow-based applications and tools. You will elicit, analyze, and document business needs, model processes and capabilities, and translate business and technical requirements into solution deliverables across the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Model and document value chains/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data

• Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories

• Support business experts and product owners during requirements definition and software development

• Maintain and track requirements/user stories across the software lifecycle

• Translate business and user/technical needs into business requirements specifications

• Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features

• Analyze available systems and support identification of solution options

• Prepare business cases and feasibility studies

• Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management

• Design, validate, and test business processes to achieve business process excellence

• Plan and manage programs for continuous business process improvements

• Coach Frontex staff on upcoming changes and ensure training plans for new skills/processes

• Collaborate with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek process improvements

• Identify opportunities for effectiveness/efficiency gains (improved customer service, lower costs, higher revenue)

• Communicate project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to stakeholders

• Perform quantitative cost-benefit and what-if analysis of business processes

• Plan organizational changes; implement performance monitoring systems for business processes

• Support strategic/tactical plan development and define transition roadmaps for business architectures

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience

• Minimum 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile or a similar role

• Higher vocational education (minimum Bachelor’s degree)

• At least one certification: CCBA (or equivalent); Certified UML Professional (foundation level) (or equivalent); or BPM 2 fundamental level (or equivalent)

• Completed at least one full SDLC

• Business process modeling using BPMN notation

• Requirements elicitation, analysis, and user story definition experience

• Analysis and modeling notations knowledge such as UML (capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, logical data models)

• Modeling tools proficiency (Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or equivalent)

• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Must have: BA role for a large-scale ERP deployment project (over 1 year; over €1M budget)

• Must have: Business process analysis experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, and Project Management

• Must have: ServiceNow business analysis experience (ITSM Hardware Asset Management/CMDB, SecOps, Customer Service Management, Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management in on-prem and cloud/scoped environments)

• Must have: At least one valid ServiceNow certificate (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Citizen Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, or other relevant ServiceNow-issued credential)
