Description

You will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the IT team to deliver digital capabilities reshaping financial markets.

You will gather business drivers through interviews and workshops, analyze functional and non-functional requirements, and document them in TFS. You will refine Product Backlog Items (PBIs), support business scope, write/review test cases, and contribute to PoC/PoV activities while staying current on DLT and digital asset trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and produce structured documentation in TFS

• Organize pre-refinements with Solution Architects and fellow BAs, then lead refinements with the Scrum team

• Clarify PBIs until ready for development; help the Product Owner write, prioritize, and maintain backlog health

• Prepare detailed business requirements and validate functional designs derived from analysis

• Write and review test cases and support test execution to ensure solutions meet real business needs

• Guard project business scope and master solution demos to support client meetings

• Support PoC/PoV activities and monitor emerging trends in DLT and digital assets

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis in the financial services sector

• Strong understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)

• Understanding of the bond primary issuance process and the role of a Central Securities Depository (CSD)

• Solid Agile Scrum expertise, including backlog refinement and PBI management

• Experience in test case writing and execution

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and documentation skills

• Strong priority and time management skills; proactive, collaborative mindset

• English proficiency at C1 level or above

• Polish language skills at B2 level or above
