Description

You’ll join an AI team building and rolling out artificial-intelligence solutions across the organization, with responsibility for e-commerce. The role redesigns real business processes into agent-based AI and automation solutions, from initial diagnosis through prototype to production with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce processes and decide what to rebuild with AI agents, what to automate conventionally, and what to leave unchanged

• Design LLM- and AI-agent-based solutions

• Build and implement automations in n8n and develop API integrations between company systems

• Run projects end-to-end: baseline measurement → prototype → production deployment → verify results

• Test solution quality and monitor runtime behavior and costs in production

• Act as a consultant to business teams: workshops, requirements gathering, advice, and the ability to decline implementations when they don’t add value

• Support staff in using AI tools and handle tickets related to deployed solutions

• Collaborate with developers and internal teams building in-house tools following company application-building standards

• Document solutions and measure impact on process time, cost, and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing AI solutions in business processes

• Practical experience building LLM-based agent solutions (agent design, tools, workflows, working with model APIs)

• Proficiency with AI-assisted developer tools (Claude Code or similar) and understanding of Git-based code changes

• Proficiency in at least one automation platform (preferred n8n) and knowledge of REST API and system integrations

• Ability to map processes and measure performance before and after changes using metrics (time, cost, quality)

• Experience with business stakeholders: run workshops, gather requirements, translate business needs into solutions, assess whether implementation is justified, and explain technology in business language

• Independence in running projects and making decisions
