Description

You will design and deliver production AI solutions—including GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI agent systems—for strategic initiatives. You’ll lead the solution lifecycle from business discovery and PoC through production deployment, scaling, and ongoing development. The role emphasizes translating business requirements into architecture, backlogs, and delivery plans, with attention to scalability, security, performance, monitoring, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design AI solution architecture for GenAI, LLM, RAG, and agent-based systems

• Create solutions using RAG, AI Agents, workflow orchestration, and integrations with enterprise systems

• Select AI technologies, models, and platform components using a build vs buy approach

• Define requirements for scalability, security, performance, and monitoring

• Lead AI delivery end-to-end: concept and PoC, production rollout, and continued development

• Translate business requirements into architecture, backlog, and delivery plan

• Coordinate collaboration between technology teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers

• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and key technology decisions

• Facilitate architecture and design workshops and support production implementations

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience

• At least 3 years in AI solution architecture and/or technology delivery

• Experience designing and deploying production AI solutions

• Very strong knowledge of AI system architecture: GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI Agents

• Experience with system integration, API design, and cloud environments (Azure or GCP)

• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, security, and AI governance

• Ability to connect business requirements with technical architecture and implementation

• Experience leading projects across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Independent work style with ownership of results and delivery goals

• Comfortable using Python in day-to-day project work

• Experience with observability: monitoring AI solution quality, performance, and costs

• Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., financial services) and high-security environments
