Description

You will work in a small cross-functional team building AI-first solutions in a modern, scalable logistics and e-commerce environment. The project is built primarily in Java, with opportunities to contribute to frontend/UX using React and to influence architecture and product decisions. The role emphasizes quality and control for AI-generated code supported by tests, linting, and static analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-first code quality with clear control mechanisms

• Build AI-enabled systems using agent-based and autonomous-loop patterns

• Refine requirements with the business and contribute to architecture, product, and UX

• Own features end-to-end from backend architecture to the user-facing interface

• Implement and operate infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

• Use spec-driven processes and automated PRs with AI-supported reviews

• Apply live architecture practices (DDD, Clean/Hexagonal, event-driven design, decoupling) and SOLID principles

Requirements

• 10+ years of product-oriented software engineering experience

• Experience with complex distributed systems (ideally e-commerce or comparable domains)

• Backend strength in Java and ability to deliver end-to-end features including React/UX

• Experience developing AI-first software and maintaining quality and control

• Familiarity with AI system patterns such as in-code ADRs, agent setups, MCP integrations, multi-agent systems, autonomous loops

• Ability to align processes with AI using spec-driven refinements and automated PRs

• Strong deterministic quality gates: tests, linting, static code analysis

• Architecture experience with DDD, Clean/Hexagonal, event-driven design, decoupling, and SOLID

• Ownership mindset covering infrastructure and CI/CD
