• Focus: End-to-end feature ownership for AI agent product platform (backend + UI), including LLM integration, telephony, and healthcare systems

Description

Own product features from discovery and requirements through architecture, implementation, shipping, and production monitoring. Build across the stack with TypeScript/Node.js backend services and APIs, React frontend, and AWS infrastructure-as-code. Integrate LLMs with evals for quality/latency/cost trade-offs and connect systems such as SIP telephony and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Research problems, refine requirements with the CPO, propose UX, design architecture, build, ship, and monitor

• Build backend services/APIs, frontend UI, and AWS infrastructure-as-code

• Design and integrate LLM usage (models/tools) and implement evals to measure improvements

• Integrate with telephony, EHR systems, LLM providers, and other dependent services

• Participate in technical design discussions; write/review proposals and drive platform direction

• Mentor engineers via code/design reviews and pairing on hard problems

• Turn unknowns into measurable prototypes with hypotheses and trade-off lists

• Maintain production health by monitoring, reducing alert noise, and fixing performance bottlenecks

• Improve agent-native development workflows (orchestrate agents, create reusable skills/workflows, improve codebase for agent use)

Requirements

• Product ownership: shipped and owned major features end-to-end in production

• Strong architecture experience with explainable trade-offs

• Fullstack TypeScript: Node.js, React, and MongoDB (or another database)

• Cloud and IaC: hands-on AWS (or major cloud) plus Terraform or Pulumi

• AI-native development using coding agents for implementation/review/investigation/research

• LLM integration in production with evals and latency/cost trade-offs

• Healthcare compliance awareness (SOC2, HIPAA) and practical implications for data/access/logging

• Product sense for UI: propose interactions and design usable UI without detailed mockups

• English at C1 level or above
