Description

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications using the Spring Framework. Build and manage services on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) while collaborating with product owners, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality software. Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot production issues while continuously improving development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Spring-based applications end-to-end (design, test, deploy, maintain)
• Implement cloud deployments and operations for application services
• Define technical solutions with product owners and architects
• Perform code reviews for quality, performance, and best practices
• Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Improve development tooling, processes, and methodologies
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven professional experience in Java-focused software development
• In-depth experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes
• Proven production experience with Apache Kafka
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• CI/CD pipeline and Agile experience is a plus
