Description

You will build a global next-generation platform from scratch that combines software engineering with capabilities of autonomous agentic AI. The platform supports creation, testing, and deployment of software to reduce time-to-delivery. You will design APIs, services, and integrations and help shape architecture, engineering standards, and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop the backend (primarily Node.js/Java)

• Build agentic AI solutions supporting software creation, testing, and deployment

• Design and implement APIs, services, and integrations across the technology ecosystem

• Contribute to system architecture, engineering standards, and product roadmap

• Work end-to-end from concept through production deployment

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience using Node.js and/or Java

• Experience building scalable backend applications, backend services, and production APIs

• Strong relational database skills, especially PostgreSQL (data modeling, query optimization, schema design)

• Experience with modern frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript

• Interest or experience with agentic AI, autonomous agents, LLMs, and automating parts of the software development process

• Knowledge of integration patterns, API design, and inter-system communication

• English and Polish proficiency (at least B2 each)

• Willingness to work from the Krakow office 6 times per month
