Description

Design and develop production AI solutions supporting business processes, automation, and modern AI technologies. Build and enhance GenAI/LLM-based systems—including agentic architectures and copilots—and implement the application layer and APIs (e.g., FastAPI) with a focus on quality, security, and reliable operation. Ensure safety and robustness through monitoring, performance analysis, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven analytical solutions using agents, copilots, and automation-support processes.

• Build and optimize agentic systems with attention to effective collaboration, integration with tools, and proper context management.

• Create and develop the application layer and APIs for AI solutions, including with FastAPI.

• Maintain high quality and reliability by monitoring operation, implementing safety mechanisms, analyzing performance, and controlling costs.

• Collaborate with the team to identify and apply AI best practices with a real impact on innovative organizational solutions.

Requirements

• Intermediate Python proficiency and solid object-oriented programming practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or Databricks.

• Practical knowledge of modern AI systems: agent architectures, LLM-based solutions, RAG, and agent context management (prompts, memory, tools, and application state).

• Understanding that AI solutions are production systems requiring quality, security, and stability.

• Experience or knowledge of automated testing for AI systems.

• Interest in AI news and technology trends.

• Knowledge of AI agent development approaches, including frameworks, context engineering techniques, and communication protocols.

• Understanding of AI system limitations, including model non-determinism and deployment risks in production.

• Experience or knowledge of AI observability: monitoring answer quality, agent behavior, performance, latency, and operating costs.

• Knowledge of AI security best practices such as input/output validation, protection against prompt injection, and user permission management.

• Experience with AI systems in regulated environments (e.g., finance/banking) is preferred.
