Senior/Lead AI Solutions Engineer (Python)

Description

Build production-ready, agentic AI workflows that automate exception handling, data classification, decision support, and reporting. You will turn manual regulatory operations and vendor-issue processes into scalable LLM applications—from Proof of Concept (PoC) to deployment. Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business bottlenecks into technical automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered agents for triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues
• Develop natural-language matching and classification logic to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies
• Collaborate with Regulatory Operations (Reg Ops) and business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify cognitive bottlenecks, and translate them into technical automation
• Take solutions from PoC to robust, scalable production-ready LLM applications
• Support long-term roadmap initiatives including rule-text interpretation, sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code generation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications (not only querying APIs or experimenting in notebooks)
• Strong experience with Python, LangChain, Cloud Technologies, and LLM-based application development
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate complex business logic into automated workflows
• Ability to support agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows
