Description

You will design and deploy intelligent, agentic workflows that automate exception handling, data classification, decision-making, and reporting. The role focuses on moving from PoC to robust, scalable production LLM applications while collaborating with operations/regulatory stakeholders to translate business processes into technical automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered agents for triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues

• Develop natural-language matching and classification logic to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies

• Collaborate with Regulatory Operations and business stakeholders to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and translate them into technical automation

• Take solutions from PoC through to production-grade, scalable LLM applications

• Support a long-term roadmap including rule-text interpretation, sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code generation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications (not only querying APIs or experimenting in notebooks)

• Strong Python, LangChain, cloud technologies, and LLM-based application development experience

• Proven experience implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate business logic into automated workflows

• Ability to support agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows
