Description

Build production-ready AI applications focused on intelligent, agentic workflows. You will automate exception handling, data classification, decision-making, and reporting by turning complex manual business processes into cognitive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered agents for triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues

• Develop natural language matching and classification logic to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies

• Collaborate with Regulatory Operations and business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify cognitive bottlenecks, and translate them into technical automation

• Take ideas from Proof of Concept (PoC) to robust, scalable production-ready LLM applications

• Support long-term initiatives including rule-text interpretation, sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code generation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications (not only querying APIs or experimenting in notebooks)

• Strong Python experience plus LangChain and cloud-based LLM application development

• Proven experience implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions

• Ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate complex business logic into automated workflows

• Experience supporting agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows
