Description

You will administer and support Mainframe/IBM test systems in a finance environment, with an emphasis on optimizing and automating installation and process workflows. You’ll provide technical 2nd- and 3rd-level support, ensure daily batch processing, and collaborate with DevSecOps and testing teams to enable test environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate Mainframe/IBM test systems

• Optimize and automate installation and process steps via scripting

• Provide technical 2nd- and 3rd-level support

• Work with internal contacts in DevSecOps teams and the test environment

• Ensure daily batch processing

• Work independently after onboarding and identify improvement opportunities

• Support the knowledge exchange for providing test environments

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification/long-term relevant experience

• Several years of professional experience with IBM Mainframe and z/OS (optionally TWS, JCL, REXX)

• Experience with scripting and working with databases (DB2 and optionally Oracle), including SQL

• German language skills at least C1 and English language skills at least B2
