Description

You will research and develop innovative software solutions and work within a scrum team in an agile development environment. You will participate in design and code reviews, and help deliver high-quality software by contributing to test plan reviews and developing automated test scripts. The role emphasizes development on VSE, z/VM, and/or z/OS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop innovative new solutions to shape product direction

• Work in a scrum team within an agile development environment

• Participate in design and code reviews

• Participate in test plan reviews

• Develop automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree

• Prior developer experience on VSE, z/VM, or z/OS platforms

• Strong Assembler skills

• Knowledge and related product expertise in one or more VSE subsystems: POWER and CICS
