Description

You will manage and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation, performance, high availability, security, and data protection for systems and networks. Responsibilities include managing hardware and network equipment, monitoring infrastructure health, handling vulnerabilities, running backups and restores, and providing technical support to users. You will also participate in infrastructure evolution projects across Microsoft on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the IT asset fleet (install, configure, maintain PCs, servers, and network devices)

• Ensure integrity, performance, and security of system and network environments

• Perform technology and security monitoring and anticipate changes

• Supervise infrastructure performance and ensure high availability

• Ensure backup and restore of data

• Manage system vulnerabilities

• Participate in infrastructure evolution projects

• Provide technical support to end users

Requirements

• Bac+3 in IT and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Interest in Microsoft on-prem technologies (AD, AD Connect) and cloud technologies (Entra ID, Intune, O365/Microsoft 365)

• Strong technical writing skills (procedures and reporting)

• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and rigor

• Teamwork skills and ability to propose technical improvements
