Description

You will help develop and manage the company’s IT environment across the group. The role covers network and infrastructure administration, device and software management, Microsoft 365 and cloud services (including Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint), and support for IT security. You’ll also look for opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline routine work.

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate networks and infrastructure (servers, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and related technologies)

• Manage hardware and software (PCs, laptops, printers, operating systems, and business applications)

• Operate and maintain Microsoft 365 and cloud services (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and others)

• Support IT security activities to protect company data, devices, and infrastructure

• Explore AI use cases, automate routine tasks, and introduce practical improvements

• Provide day-to-day IT user support and troubleshooting assistance

• Participate in IT projects, including infrastructure modernization and new technology rollouts

Requirements

• Understand computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN)

• Have a basic understanding of network security principles

• Experience administering Windows, IT hardware, and standard business software

• Know Microsoft 365 and have at least basic insight into server and cloud administration

• Independently analyze issues and propose functional solutions

• Be willing to learn new technologies and experiment

• Interested in AI, automation, and modern IT trends

• Reliable, communicative, and able to manage your own work
