Description

You will monitor updates in the digital world, test new features, and research information relevant to the courses. You will review existing courses for outdated content, propose necessary changes, and prepare clear content requests for video and graphic creators (and AI). You will also suggest improvements to make courses clearer and more helpful for learners.

Responsibilities

• Track news and changes in digital technologies
• Test new product features and determine how they work
• Find information suitable for course updates (for instructors and within apps)
• Audit existing courses for outdated or inaccurate information
• Recommend what to update, add, or significantly refresh
• Convert findings into specific content briefs for creators and AI
• Consult with subject-matter experts/lecturers on advanced topics
• Propose ideas to improve clarity and usefulness of courses
• Flag interesting new features/scenarios worth teaching
• Help decide which updates are urgent vs. can wait

Requirements

• Strong technology curiosity and willingness to explore and test new applications
• Real experience with AI tools for research and information work
• Ability to independently look up and verify information
• High attention to detail; do not tolerate inaccuracies in course content
• Self-directed work habits; know when to ask experts
• Ability to write clearly so others can execute the work
• English at a level that enables working with manuals and documentation
