Description

Support the structuring, prioritization, and control of ongoing IT and digitalization initiatives in the public sector. You will work closely with internal IT teams to build and improve project and governance structures, and to coordinate project demand with specialist departments. Hands-on experience with d.velop DMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and steer IT and digitalization projects

• Build and develop project and governance structures

• Prioritize project requirements and align them with specialist departments

• Prepare and moderate project and steering meetings

• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business departments, and relevant stakeholders

• Support the introduction and further development of digitalization and document management solutions

Requirements

• Multi-year experience as PMO, project manager, or in a comparable IT role

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with d.velop DMS (implementation, support, or enhancement of d.velop solutions)

• Experience managing complex IT and digitalization projects

• Understanding of document management, archiving, and workflow processes

• Strong organizational skills and clear understanding of processes and governance structures

• Fluent German (at least C1)
