Description

Drive maintenance and modernization work for airport systems from planning through execution. Prepare budgets and schedules, run initiatives including RFI and procurement documentation (OPZ/SOPZ, purchase/budget requests, value estimation notes), and supervise contractors while resolving issues, mitigating risks, and coordinating with other units. Provide ongoing status reporting and ensure project documentation is managed across design, execution, and as-built stages.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance and modernization task plans, including budget assumptions and schedules
• Start modernization/maintenance tasks, including performing RFI and preparing the full set of documents required by the procurement procedure (OPZ/SOPZ, purchase/budget requests, value estimation notes)
• Lead modernization/maintenance tasks with continuous oversight of contractors
• Troubleshoot current problems, mitigate risks, and collaborate with other organizational units
• Report on the status of ongoing tasks
• Supervise project documentation: design, execution, and as-built documentation

Requirements

• University degree
• At least 3 years of experience in project management/leading projects involving IT/OT systems modernization/implementation
• Experience in SCADA/PLC systems modernization/implementation
• Experience in installation/modernization of sorting/transport/packing machines, devices, or systems (or closely related projects)
• Knowledge of waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies
• Proficiency with MS Project
• English level at least B1
• Successful completion of a competency test is mandatory for consideration in the next stage
