Description

As a Senior SAP MDG Consultant, you will facilitate workshops, analyze current Material Master governance processes, and design future-state solutions using SAP MDG. You will implement governance workflows, validations, and data models, supported by data profiling and quality assessments. You’ll also prepare functional documentation and support testing and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business and functional workshops to gather master data requirements and identify governance needs.
• Analyze existing Material Master processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions.
• Design and implement SAP MDG processes, including governance workflows, validations, and data models.
• Perform data profiling and quality assessments to identify inconsistencies and support data cleansing, remediation, and migration.
• Prepare business blueprints, functional designs, process documentation, and Excel-based functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Support functional testing, defect resolution, and UAT while contributing to continuous improvements in master data governance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) with strong functional expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Material Master, including key attributes, processes, and dependencies.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and governance initiatives (data ownership, quality, lifecycle management).
• Hands-on experience in data profiling, data quality assessment, and data analysis.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience preparing business blueprints, functional designs, process flows, and Excel-based functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English B2+ and Polish C1+ proficiency.
