Description

You will establish and lead a self-service support framework for Citizen Developers creating agents in MS Copilot Studio. The role combines technical architecture with instructional design—building training materials and guided workflows, mentoring business users through complex configurations, and defining the full agent lifecycle from concept to maintenance. You will also shape the strategy for promoting and selling the new internal support service to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a self-service support framework to guide non-technical users through the agent creation process in MS Copilot Studio
• Develop step-by-step training materials, workshops, and visual documentation to simplify complex technical processes
• Define robust technical architecture for Copilot Studio environments, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and integration via Power Automate and APIs
• Serve as the lead technical mentor and final point of escalation for complex agent configurations
• Define the full agent lifecycle: concept ideation, training, deployment, governance, and maintenance
• Create the strategy for promoting and positioning the support service value for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying complex solutions in MS Copilot Studio, including governance and security best practices
• Experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users with intuitive UI/UX and guided workflows
• Deep knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem: Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse; strong low-code architecture understanding
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts simply and create structured training paths and clear documentation
• Ability to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy beyond the immediate build
• Strong understanding of system integration points and how to use connectors and APIs to enhance Copilot Studio agents
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
