• Role: Product Specialist

Description

Support projects introducing customer terminals (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches), accessories, and new services and technologies into the commercial offer. Maintain product documentation, oversee the full product lifecycle, and provide product information for both internal and external customers. Prepare and verify informational materials in different formats (print and web), monitor the market, collaborate with external suppliers, and advise B2B tenders on terminal and accessory selection.

Requirements

• Higher education or in-progress studies (preferred: management, marketing, telecommunications, IT)

• Very good English proficiency (speaking and writing)

• Very good knowledge of mobile telecommunications and IT

• Strong interpersonal skills (communication, assertiveness, teamwork)

• Strong presentation skills

• Good computer skills (MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint); experience with web page creation tools and graphic tools is a plus

• Stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure

• Good work organization, diligence, and commitment

• Nice to have: experience working in large organizations
