IT Server Specialist role providing 2nd/3rd level IT support and administering enterprise IT services and applications.

Description

You will provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support, install and configure software and workstation setups (including peripherals), and administer enterprise applications. You will also manage corporate telecom administration (phone tariffs and SIM cards), maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, and certificates, and document/manage ICT assets. In addition, you will run backup/restore activities and monitor backup processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for end users (2nd and 3rd level)
• Install software and configure workstations including peripherals
• Administer corporate/business applications
• Manage phone tariffs and SIM cards
• Administer network services: DNS, DHCP, NTP, certificates
• Maintain and manage ICT asset records
• Perform data backup and restore and verify backup process execution

Requirements

• Technical secondary education
• 4–5 years of IT experience
• Advanced MS Office
• Communicative English (spoken and written)
• Proactive problem-solving approach and interest in IT
• Team spirit plus communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and responsible work style and time flexibility
• Valid B driving license
