Description

You will analyze, design, configure, monitor, and optimize EDI connections for customer, carrier, and partner data exchanges. You will lead end-to-end EDI onboarding—from scoping and testing to go-live and ongoing support—while coordinating with internal and external technical stakeholders. You will monitor message stability and data quality, and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for interface errors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, operational, and technical integration requirements for EDI data exchanges

• Design, configure, monitor, and optimize EDI connections, message flows, and translation mappings

• Manage EDI onboarding and integration initiatives end to end (scoping, testing, go-live, support)

• Coordinate between business teams, IT, and external partner technical teams

• Monitor message stability, performance, and data quality across EDI and API interfaces

• Troubleshoot failed message transmissions and interface errors; perform root-cause analysis

• Maintain interface mapping specifications, SOPs, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with data and IT teams to identify process improvements and adopt modern integration patterns

Requirements

• Experience working with common EDI standards and formats (EDIFACT, BORD512, or ANSI X12)

• Working knowledge of integration technologies and data transformation (APIs, REST, XML, JSON, SFTP, AS2)

• Strong understanding of data flows, message types, and system integration patterns in freight forwarding/road transport/logistics

• Background in technical business analysis, system integration, partner onboarding, or EDI support

• Strong troubleshooting skills for data discrepancies and interface transmission failures

• Structured project management and prioritization to handle multiple partner integrations

• Fluent English (verbal and written)
