Description

As a Senior Business Architect in the Strategic Customers Integration Team, you will design and implement integration solutions with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams. You will own projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex EDI integration projects from initial analysis through implementation and hypercare

• Analyze customers’ requirements and prepare technical specifications

• Analyze and estimate the work effort to implement new solutions

• Create or modify complex interfaces based on existing standard solutions; ensure high quality using test scenarios

• Design, create, and modify complex integration interfaces based on existing standards and best practices

• Maintain timely, efficient, and proactive stakeholder communication regarding daily tasks and projects

• Support the business/organization to identify possible cooperation with the EDI department

• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to support team development and success

• Participate in training and perform constant self-education to develop professional skills

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI integration projects

• Extensive expertise in EDI standards, particularly UN/EDIFACT and ANSI-X12

• Solid understanding of EDI transactions and integration processes within transport and logistics environments

• Advanced knowledge of XML and XPath

• Vast experience implementing IT projects with Agile methods

• Knowledge of communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, or HTTP

• Strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration

• Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet goals

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of EDI communication protocols (API, FTP, SFTP, AS2) with proven hands-on implementation experience

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
