Description

Design, implement, and maintain integrations for WMS/TMS and related systems using REST API, SOAP, and EDI standards. Monitor integration health and message flows, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve integration errors while providing daily Level 2 and Level 3 support. Develop T-SQL database objects and components, build WMS/TMS functionality and custom reports, and execute integration and system test plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and maintain integrations using REST API, SOAP, and EDI standards (EDIFACT, XML, AS2, SFTP)
• Monitor integration health and message flows; conduct root-cause analysis and resolve integration errors
• Provide daily Level 2 and Level 3 support to system users
• Develop, optimize, and maintain database objects, queries, and stored procedures using T-SQL
• Build new functionalities and custom reports for WMS and TMS systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize WMS, TMS, and IT integration processes
• Prepare and execute integration and system functionality test plans

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT systems integration or related role
• Strong T-SQL database development proficiency
• Practical experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and EDI protocols/standards
• Domain knowledge in transportation/logistics (Transport, Shipping/Freight Forwarding, Logistics)
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency
