Description

Develop and evolve a global e-banking and treasury platform as part of a product engineering team. You will deliver features according to a multi-year roadmap, ensuring high quality through test coverage, code reviews, and coding standards. You’ll collaborate with product, UX, business analysis, QA, and operations to meet end-user expectations and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software that meets clearly defined project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design features aligned with end-user and business needs.
• Maintain delivery excellence via comprehensive test coverage, regular code reviews, and strict coding standards.
• Produce realistic effort estimates, build work plans, and communicate progress and risks proactively.
• Support team culture by mentoring peers and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial software development experience
• Backend: Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL (Oracle), JMS, REST APIs (Spring Cloud is a plus)
• Frontend (nice to have): Angular 20 and Jest
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins
• Knowledge of static-code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube)
• Advantageous: Kubernetes and Docker; monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Collaborative, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
