Description

You will build secure, scalable, high-performance backend solutions for a mission-critical financial application. The work centers on microservices and modern Java features, delivering technical implementations for a system that calculates large-scale loans for corporate clients and public institutions. You will regularly deliver increments and support releases, including L1/L2/L3 production issue handling with technical fixes.

Responsibilities

• Develop code following Software Craftsmanship best practices and quality standards
• Understand business requirements and define technical solutions
• Deliver product increments regularly
• Collaborate closely with the Paris-based development team (remote)
• Execute release processes and provide L1/L2/L3 support for production issues, implementing fixes
• Identify and propose solutions to ensure security, scalability, and efficiency
• Analyze errors and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of Java backend development experience
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot
• Practical knowledge of hexagonal architecture
• Familiarity with Jenkins and Maven
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Understanding of web services
• Knowledge of Agile and BDD practices
• Fluency in English
