Description

Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications from frontend to backend. You will implement responsive UI, build and optimize server-side components, and design database structures and queries for efficient storage and retrieval. The role also includes performance monitoring, testing and debugging, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth frontend-backend integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern UI/UX technologies
• Develop and maintain server-side components
• Monitor and optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate frontend and backend components
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Use AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to support development workflows
• Design database structures and optimize queries
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to resolve issues and bottlenecks
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose improvements to backend architecture and development processes
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers for production deployments and maintenance
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript
• Expertise with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
• Familiarity with AWS
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
