Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack Java applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes. Build microservices and REST APIs, collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and resolve defects and production incidents. Ensure security through secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation, while supporting CI/CD delivery and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack Java applications
• Develop and enhance microservices-based solutions using clean code principles
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with internal and external systems
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, incidents, and production issues
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities (SAST, container scanning, dependency scanning, penetration testing)
• Improve the security posture of internet-facing applications through secure coding
• Support CI/CD processes using Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
• Optimize performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability
• Create and maintain technical documentation (solution designs, operational docs, implementation guidelines)
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development, automation, quality assurance, and security
• Work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional Agile team
• Use AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot) to improve development efficiency and security remediation
• Explore and adopt AI agents and intelligent automation to enhance delivery and business value

Requirements

• 5+ years of Full Stack Java development experience; ability to test changes
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs
• Experience with Angular and Angular Material
• Knowledge of Kafka and SQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to resolve SAST, container scan, and security vulnerabilities
• Understanding of secure coding and OWASP principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• English level B1+/B2 or higher
• Basic knowledge of AI tools or willingness to explore
