Description

Develop and maintain internet-facing Commercial Cards applications within the Cards Service domain. Design and implement new functionalities while ensuring high availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Build and enhance microservices-based solutions using clean code principles and best practices

• Create and maintain REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations teams

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, incidents, and production issues

• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities via security assessments

• Drive secure coding practices and contribute to improving the security posture

• Support CI/CD processes using Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins

• Optimize performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of Full Stack Java development experience with proven ability to test changes

• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs

• Proficiency in Angular and Angular Material

• Experience with Kafka and SQL databases

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
