Description

Work on SAP S/4HANA implementation and support, gathering and validating business requirements, mapping them to functional capabilities, and supporting design and configuration activities. Deliver expert product demonstrations and pre-implementation consulting such as fit-gap assessments and requirements gathering. Use knowledge of SAP business processes and integration between modules to identify risks and issues for project portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and document requirements discovery workshops
• Elicit, analyze, and validate stakeholder business needs
• Provide product overviews and deep-dive demonstrations of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms
• Advise and guide clients during pre-implementation engagements (Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design, Configuration)
• Convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements understandable to developers
• Identify and analyze program/project portfolio risks and issues with project managers

Requirements

• Experience as an SAP Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Fluent English (B2) and German (B2)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
• Experience working with at least one SAP module (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, QM, PS, EWM, BI, Basis, Security, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with related SAP customizing settings
• Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
