Description

Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations and enhancements. Implement solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ & Billing, configure Sales and Revenue Cloud, and translate client needs into platform design using best practices to minimize custom development. Provide end-user training and documentation, and develop technical requirements for internal developers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with clients
• Implement Revenue Cloud solutions using Salesforce CPQ & Billing and manage projects
• Partner with solution and technical architects
• Solve complex problems and deliver Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations and enhancements
• Conduct business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes
• Translate client requirements into Revenue Cloud design using best practices with minimal custom development
• Configure Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud solutions
• Develop technical requirements for internal developers when needed
• Deliver end-user training and documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing and working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud; willingness to become certified
• Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce Revenue Cloud
• Experience managing a Salesforce instance (multiple instances preferred)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration
• Ability to assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously
