Description

The Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst will support multi-market supermarket brands by gathering and documenting customer requirements, designing solutions, and advising on the best technology/service mix to maximize marketing effectiveness.

You will collaborate with offshore and 3rd-party suppliers and contribute to consultative/pre-sales engagements as needed. The role also requires staying current on digital trends and translating business ideas into user stories for delivery within an Agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer needs and document requirements

• Advise clients on the best technology mix and how solutions/services should be delivered to maximize effectiveness

• Collaborate with offshore and 3rd-party suppliers; adapt communication to business needs

• Understand the intersection of technology, customers, and business to identify business development opportunities

• Track emerging digital trends, opportunities, and challenges across markets and geographies and assess impact on initiatives

• Support consultative/pre-sales activities on selected digital engagements when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working in at least 2 verticals

• End-to-end delivery experience of at least 1 software delivery project

• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry (service focus)

• Ability to understand high-level business ideas, assess impact, and break them down into user stories to assist with service design and delivery

• Strong Agile mindset and understanding of other development methodologies

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills

• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
