Description

As a Salesforce Consultant, you’ll collect business requirements, decompose them into backlog elements, and define user story implementation design and acceptance criteria. You’ll support Salesforce products and work on implementation of the foundation product, designing functionality aligned with client needs and good UX practices while modeling and optimizing business processes. You’ll prepare project documentation, ensure realization is consistent with the system’s business architecture, and support acceptance testing, with occasional client trips.

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements and decompose them into backlog elements

• Support Salesforce products

• Work on implementation of the foundation product

• Define user story implementation design and acceptance criteria

• Design functionality according to client needs and good UX practices

• Model and optimize business processes

• Perform cost-benefit analysis for implemented solutions

• Prepare project documentation

• Ensure realization aligns with the system’s business architecture

• Support acceptance testing

• Occasional business trips to clients

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a consultant at an IT company

• Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of standard Salesforce configuration

• Desire to develop Salesforce skills

• English proficiency (C1)

• Polish fluency

• Ability to design business software considering process diagrams and data models

• Familiarity with techniques for collecting business requirements and decomposing them

• Good grasp of UML and/or BPMN

• Familiarity with IT project delivery methodology

• Ability to prepare IT system documentation

• Salesforce certificates are a plus
