Description

Lead the design and delivery of a large-scale Salesforce multi-cloud architecture. Define a secure, scalable, and integrated solution that supports complex business processes and digital transformation. Work with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners, and provide mentoring and technical leadership throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce multi-cloud architecture aligned with organizational goals
• Lead solution design sessions and validate architecture decisions with stakeholders
• Define and implement integration strategies with external systems and third-party applications
• Establish governance for data modeling, security, and compliance across the Salesforce landscape
• Coordinate workstreams with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure delivery quality
• Monitor architectural consistency and enforce adherence to technical standards
• Provide expert guidance, technical leadership, and mentoring to the Salesforce development and implementation team

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and organizational units
• Strong proficiency integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security frameworks, and compliance principles
• Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on scalable solutions
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact effectively with executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops and driving decision-making
• Salesforce Architect-level certification(s) highly preferred
