Description

Design end-to-end, scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud architectures aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices. Work with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements, translate business needs into system functionalities, and explain system constraints. Prepare architectural documentation and implementation guidelines, support estimation and roadmap planning, and assist the delivery team with solution design and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture of solutions within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform aligned with business requirements

• Ensure architectural consistency across the entire system landscape

• Conduct requirements clarification, business discovery, and stakeholder workshops

• Translate business needs into system functionalities and explain system constraints in a business-friendly way

• Prepare architectural documentation, implementation guidelines, and functional specifications for the delivery team

• Support estimation processes, planning development roadmaps, and defining project scope

• Identify architectural and process-related risks early and propose mitigation strategies

• Provide ongoing support to the project team for solution design and configuration

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to Salesforce architecture, solution design, or advanced consulting

• Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce Revenue Cloud

• Practical experience designing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds

• Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, limitations, security model, automation tools, and data architecture

• Experience designing and documenting system integrations (API, middleware, event-based integrations, batch processes)

• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, and lead requirement refinement sessions

• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Ability to prepare clear, structured technical and functional documentation

• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
