Description

You’ll work as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, advising on the best technology/service mix, and collaborating with internal and external suppliers to deliver effective solutions. You’ll also track emerging digital trends and support consultative/pre-sales work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert to understand customer needs and document requirements

• Advise clients on the technology mix and how solutions/services should be delivered to maximize effectiveness

• Collaborate with offshore and 3rd-party suppliers, adjusting communication to business needs

• Analyze the intersection of technology, customers, and business to uncover development opportunities

• Monitor emerging digital trends, opportunities, and challenges across markets and geographies

• Support consultative or pre-sales activities on selected digital engagements when defined by the business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in at least 2 verticals

• End-to-end delivery experience for at least 1 software delivery project

• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and their industry application (service focus)

• Ability to translate high-level business ideas into user stories for service design and delivery

• Strong Agile mindset and understanding of other development methodologies

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills

• English proficiency at B2 or higher
