Description

You will analyze and model business processes in the payments area (including complaints and refunds), turning business needs into requirements and user stories. You’ll also drive optimization and automation by analyzing process data, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating changes with business, IT, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE) for payments, complaints, and refunds.

• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate operational processes.

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Prepare user stories and recommendations for changes to payment systems.

• Run workshops and align solutions with business, IT, and operations.

• Analyze process data, monitor KPIs, and assess effectiveness of implemented improvements.

• Collaborate with development teams to implement changes in payment systems.

Requirements

• Higher education.

• At least several years of experience in banking, preferably in payments.

• Practical knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN 2.0, AS-IS/TO-BE).

• Experience with complaints, chargebacks, refunds, and payment processes.

• Knowledge of payment systems and processes, including ELIXIR, Express ELIXIR, SEPA, and SWIFT.

• Experience in business analysis and creating requirements documentation.

• Data analysis skills and SQL knowledge at an analytical level.

• Nice to have: Experience with process automation projects and RPA knowledge.

• Independence and accountability in executing tasks.

• Proactive attitude and initiative in identifying improvements.

• Ability to collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.

• Good work organization and analytical approach.
